Home Information Packs
The introduction of Home Information Packs was phased in during the second half of 2007, designed to help make the process of moving home more efficient.
As part of Team we are able to arrange for the Pack to be ordered so that your property can be marketed as quickly and easily as possible.
Each Pack must contain:
- An Index
- An Energy Performance Certificate
- A Sale Statement – describing the property being sold
- Evidence of Title – official copies of Registered Title or copies of the Deeds
- The Local Authority, water and drainage searches
- New Homes Warranty (where appropriate)
Once the Pack has been assembled we will have on line access and prospective purchasers can either view a printed copy or we can send them an e-mail link, which can also be provided to solicitors when a sale has been agreed.
